There are two short stay car parks (of up to 3 hours), which are run by the local council and are conveniently located close to The Guineas Shopping Centre. Remember, parking is FREE after 4pm.
How to find the car park
Directly outside The Guineas’ main entrance (off the A142 and Fred Archer Way) is the multi storey car park. At the opposite end of The Guineas (next to Marks & Spencer) is the open air Market Square car park. All the car parking within Newmarket is clearly signposted.
The Guineas multi storey car park closes to all pedestrians and car access from 7pm each night. There is no release facility so any car left in the car park at closing time will not be accessible until the site opens at 6.30am next day. If anyone gets trapped please contact Forest Heath District Council not The Guineas Shopping Centre.
The Multi Storey car park has 400 spaces on 3 levels which includes 20 spaces for the disabled. The disabled car park spaces are on the ground level. The Market Square car park has 58 spaces including spaces marked for the disabled.
