Job Description

As a Retail Customer Advisor at Three UK, you will play a crucial role in understanding and meeting each customer’s unique needs as they enter your store. Your dedication to customer service and your knowledge of our cutting-edge products and services will help us achieve unparalleled standards across Three while hitting sales targets together as a team.

Salary: £12.60 per hour + an on-target bonus of 25%, paid out monthly based on your store’s performance

Hours: 24 hours across 4 days per week, including weekends on a rotation basis

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Enhance the customer journey through meaningful interactions, that leave our customers feeling positive and valued.
  • Service Excellence: Create exceptional experiences through tailoring and promoting our innovative products and services.
  • Performance Enhancement: Achieve personal and store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by driving sales and meeting performance goals.
  • Solution Efficiency: Provide personalised solutions for customers with general mobile or network-related enquiries, ensuring a resolution is given promptly.

Shopping Centre Cleaner

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning as a Full Time Cleaner, working at The Guineas Shopping Centre in Newmarket CB8 area.

The Shopping Centre Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the shopping centre, including common areas, restrooms, food courts, parking lots, and other public spaces.

Hours: On average 44 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Wednesday’s 06:00am - 12:00pm, Thursday, Friday 06:00am - 19:00pm & Saturday’s 07:00am - 19:00pm.

Pay rate: £11.55 per hour with double pay on public holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • The Cleaner will be responsible for the cleaning of all areas within the contract.
  • Achieving high standards, you will ensure the service is operated safely and hygienically.
  • Empty bins across the site.
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces.
  • Clean windows, glass patricians and mirrors using the appropriate cleaning products.
  • Vacuum common areas.
  • Use of the onsite machinery such as a viper scrubber dryer, demon pressure washer and floor buffer.
  • Clean spillages across the site
  • Monitor and report inventory and supplies to the correct parties.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations put in place for the site.
  • Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or accidents/incidents to the appropriate parties.
  • Wear the issued appropriate personal protective equipment as required.
  • Complete on-site documentation for the daily tasks issued.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeaner with customers, tenants, clients and colleagues.
  • Respond to any cleaning requests or concerns from customers, tenants, clients and colleagues.

  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge.
