Opening Times
The centre opening hours are:
Monday to Saturday 8am – 6.30pm
Sunday 10am – 4pm
Bank Holidays 10am – 4pm
Store opening times vary, please contact the individual stores if you are making a special journey.
Car Parking
There are two car parks run by the local council, located close to The Guineas Shopping Centre.
Parking is FREE after 4pm. Find out more about these car parks here.
WiFi
Free ‘Love Newmarket’ WiFi is available throughout the centre. Look out for the QR codes and signs for more information.
Safety and Security
CCTV is in operation throughout the centre to ensure the safety and security of all shoppers. We also operate a no smoking policy at The Guineas.
Lost Property
Any lost property found in the centre is handed into the security office. If you have lost something, please call Centre Management on 01638 665 809 or Security on 07379 72 20 34.
The Centre Management Office is located on the second floor of Rookery House.
Pick Up Your Online Shopping
You can collect your shopping from our Amazon Locker called ‘felton’
Toilets
Male and female toilets are situated at the main entrance to the centre at the multi-storey car park, together with disabled and family facilities.
The toilets are managed by West Suffolk Council. Please direct any queries to 01638 719 749 or 01638 719 000.
Lifts and Accessibility
A lift is located in Rookery House, and all public areas of the shopping centre have disabled access.
Hire an electric wheelchair or scooter from Newmarket Library if you have any mobility problems.
